or otherwise distribute the information you submit on our website.
You can rest assured that your personal information, including
your email address, will be kept in strict confidence. Furthermore,
in the interest of your security, your credit card number and
expiration date is not stored on our servers.
BILLING
POLICIES
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your
credit card will be charged when your order is processed. All
online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to
protect your credit card information during your online transaction.
Orders sent to destinations within Florida are charged 6% state
sales tax plus applicable county surtaxes.
SHIPPING
POLICIES
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of processing. All
orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, Federal Express or comparable
carrier. Processing time of your order can vary from 1-10 days
depending upon thread requirements and product availability. Items
not currently in inventory will be ordered from the vendor. You
will be notified of delivery date to you via e-mail.If this delivery
date is not acceptable to you, we require notification from you
within 24 hours of our e-mail or the order will be placed as stated.
A
flat shipping/ handling fee of $12.95 will be added to all orders.
Additional charges may apply depending upon size and/or weight
and destination. Needlepoint Canvas orders placed online thru
our shopping cart that total over $300.00 will receive free shipping.
We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping.
When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays,
Sundays or Federal Holidays.
Currently, we only ship to the continental United States, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico and Alaska. Orders destined for Hawaii, Puerto Rico
or Alaska will ship via Two-Day Service at an additional charge.
We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping.
UPS and Federal Express will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please indicate
a complete street address for all orders.
For everyone’s protection, we only ship to the “Billing
Address” on file with your credit card company. Exceptions
to this require discussion with Sandpiper Needlework.

RETURN
POLICIES
Sandpiper Needlework has successfully maintained a "storefront"
business for 21 years. In so doing, a standard of quality, integrity,
and service has been established with our many customers. Management
personnel will remain at sandpiperneedlework.com. Our internet
customers will receive the same proven standards of quality, integrity,
and service.
If
you are dissatisfied with your purchase of canvases or accessories,
they may be returned within seven (7) days of your receipt with
the following provisions:
1)
All threads sales are final sales and may not be returned, see
"Threads" category for rational.
2)
If
merchandise is received with damages, the carrier and Sandpiper
Needlework must be notified immediately upon receipt. Carrier
response and material must be returned
to Sandpiper Needlework.com. Your invoice price & original
shipping and handling charge will be refunded upon our receipt
of the merchandise and carrier documentation of damage.
3)
For non-damaged material you must receive an advance authorization
to return material from Sandpiperneedlework.com.
a.)Please
email us and provide us with your name, shopperID, invoice,
product name to return and date of invoice to assure proper
handling.
b.)
Sandpiperneedlework.com will e-mail you a return merchandise
authorization number.
c.)
Returned merchandise must be received in "as shipped"
condition free of all markings.We assume no obligation to accept
merchandise after 15 days from date of invoice.
d.)
Person returning merchandise is responsible for cost of the
return shipment. Returns must be postmarked no later than 8
days from receipt of merchandise.
e.)
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.
Special
orders are excluded from this policy and may not be returned.
